Woke up at 7.20 in the morning to a noisy laundry van at the back, which was a bit disturbing. The room on the first floor had all the usual facilities but lacked a convenient ledge for toiletries. Despite these issues, the room was spacious and had everything needed for a one-night stay.

Despite this, opening a window helped me sleep well. The service was top-notch, with the staff at both Premier Inn and Beefeater being extremely friendly and welcoming. The location, while in the leafy suburbs of Crewe, was convenient for accessing both Chester and Macclesfield.
